We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the same condition you received them (unopened and unused)
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: We do not accept returns on individual trading cards, opened products, or sale items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
